Measure M1- The Renters’ Initiative More than 7,300 registered Alamedan voters put Measure M1 on the November 8 ballot. Three City Council members voted to put L1 on the ballot. Measure M1 provides sustainable rent adjustments and just-cause protections to City of Alameda residents.
